Can I request special requirements that the hotel will take into account?
Yes, we are able to make special requests on your behalf as part of your hotel reservation. However, please note that these special requests are subject to availability at the hotel and that in some cases may incur additional hotel charges.
Is there a fee if I want to cancel or change my booking at short notice?
Should you cancel or change a booking with short notice, it is at the hotel's discretion as to whether they charge any fees. Your Lido consultant will endeavour to avoid these fees on your behalf, however they can not guarantee that they will be avoided.
Are my personal details safe with Lido?
Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. We will not share your information outside of The Lido Group without your permission.
